Tennessee HOSA is a student-led organization that promotes healthcare careers and leadership development. Tennessee HOSA also took place in Knoxville, TN this year. Members participate in events and competitions related to healthcare, community service, and leadership. Examples of events include medical terminology, nursing assistant, medical math, and biomedical debate. Members can compete at the state and national levels, and it’s a great way to gain experience and meet other students interested in healthcare.
