Dragon Spirit is Collierville High School’s online news source that provides the community with updated stories in sports, opinion, fine arts, school news, and more.

Our vision for Dragon Spirit is to bring readers clear and concise reports on all aspects of the school. While anyone can suggest what to cover, editors have the final say in what and how it is produced. All articles are reviewed by an editor before publication. We encourage contact with our readers, however, all comments on our website will be subject to editor approval before publication.

Student Newspaper
There are various routes for participating in the Dragon Spirit. We meet daily as a class, led by a Student Editorial Board and guided by a faculty adviser.  Journalism is an elective that students can take each semester of high school.  For the 2023 semester,  Amery Shive and Jason Dockstader serve as Head Editors. The Editorial Board consists of Addy Northcott, Grey Willhite, Kaya Tucker, Aubree Hastings and Anna O’Quinn
