The most beneficial vitamin for everyone is Vitamin D because it plays a valuable role in keeping your vitamin D levels where they need to be. When people are vitamin deficient, it can cause issues in your bones and muscles. Vitamin A, another important vitamin, keeps your heart, lungs, and liver healthy. Zinc is a beneficial vitamin you should take as well; it functions to  build proteins, healing damaged tissue, and supporting a healthy immune system.
